Itineraries

Day 1

TRAIN

Start from sealdah to hasimara by train.

Day 2

JAIGAON

Hasimara to Jaigaon Night stay. Meet and greet on arrival time and after processing permit Night stay.

Day 3

THIMPU

After breakfast moving towards jaigaon to thimphu .morning drive to kharbandi gumpha & drive through spectacular Mountain views and peaceful country side to thimpu, bhutan's capital & overnight stay in thimphu.

Day 4

THIMPU

After breakfast visit Thimphu local site seeing tour like SIMPLY BHUTAN MUSEUM, National Library, The National Memorial Chorten, Buddha Point, Tashichodzong (The Seat Of Government), Folk Heritage Museum& Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 5

PUNAKHA

Thimphu to dochula, punakha site seeing & back to punakha. Hotel. Morning drive to dochula pass (3,080m) that heralds the most enchanting views of bhutan. Later drive to punakha. Visit punakha dzong built strategically at the junction of pho chu & mo chu river, suspension bridge, and chimmi monastery.View Overnight at hotel in punakha.

Day 6

PARO

Morning Transfer Punakha to Paro visit Taktsang 6+6Monastery. Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred shrines of the country, built in the 7th century by the Tibetan king, Songtsen Gampo. Ta Dzong originally built as a Watchtower, which now houses the National Museum. The extensive collection includes antique thangka paintings, textiles, weapons & armour, household objects and a rich assortment of natural and historic artifacts. Then walk down the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong, meaning ("fortress of the heap of jewels"), which has a long and fascinating history. Along the wooden galleries lining the inner courtyard are fine wall paintings illustrating Buddhist lore such as four friends, the old man of long life, the wheel of life, scenes from the life of Milarepa, Mount. Sumeru and other cosmic mandalas. Overnight stay at Paro.

Day 7

PARO

After breakfast visit paro to chellela sightseeing & haa
Valley tiger's nest, vehicle will drop you at the parking area & from where you have to trek your own to tiger nest.the Trail climbs through a beautiful pine forest. The view of parovalley from taktsang (tiger’s nest) is breathtaking. A trip to Bhutan is incomplete without visiting taktsang and drive back to paro enroute kichu lhakhang and n/ stayreturn Chellela view point site seeing, chelle la pass is at ove r 13,000 ft to the west above the paro valley is the highest road pass. In the country and has amazing views of the Himalaya Especially that of mt. Jhomolari,and further drive to haa Valley, haa is characterized by a narrow north-south valley and is often known as “the hidden-land rice valley”.Sightseeing back to paro night stay.

Day 8

TRAIN

After breakfast moving towards Paro to Jaigaon and drop at Hsimara station for Train
