Itineraries
Day 1
KOLKATA – HANOI (NIGHT STAY - HANOI)
Greetings from Darshan Travels & Tours! We will start from Kolkata airport.
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International airport, you will be greeted by our guide and driver and get you transferred to hotel in city for check in to hotel. Lunch at Indian Restaurant .
In the afternoon, we will visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where houses the body of the famous President Ho Chi Minh. Get to know more about his life and career with a visit to his traditional stilt house before appreciating the special structure of One Pillar Pagoda.
Next is Tran Quoc Pogoda, one of the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi, after many times of relocated and repairation, Tran Quoc pagoda still kept its own spirit and standstill with pride and honor. The pagoda has so many architecture work placed very harmonious, specific for the rule of buddhism architecture. After that, you will take a visit to the Hanoi Old Quarters where you can experience the real daily life activities of local people in the oldest area of Ha Noi. Taking a short walking tour around famous streets, listend to historic stories, take photos and enjoy the Old Quarters will be an interesting feelings. You admire Hoan Kiem lake, Turtle Tower before coming back your hotel for relaxing time. Dinner in the restaurant. Overnight stay at Hanoi.
Day 2
HANOI – NINH BINH FULL DAY TRIP (NIGHT STAY - HANOI)
After breakfast at hotel, we will proceed to NINH BINH FULL DAY TRIP towards to the South of Hanoi. Have a short-break en route.
Arrive in Hoa Lu, visit Hoa Lu - The Acient Capital and the remaining two temples dedicated to King Dinh & King Le.
Go back to the bus, and then from here drive to Tam Coc grottoes (16km from Hoa Lu).
At noon time, arrive Tam Coc wharf and have a lavish buffet lunch at a local restaurant.
Afterwards, take an exciting sampan boat ride in Tam Coc grottoes (Halong on land). We will proceed a cycling along country lane to enjoy the beautiful scenery of lush paddy fields and discover real countryside of Vietnam.
Then, get on the shuttle bus to come back Hanoi, you will be dropped off at the hotel.
Dinner in the restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3
HANOI – HALONG BAY (NIGHT STAY - CRUISE)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken by cruise shuttle bus to another fascinating land – the gem in the north of Vietnam – Halong Bay. The drive takes you through beautiful paddy rice and mountains of the Red River Delta. Visiting the bay, you will experience the magic of the wonderful wonder of the world.
From the harbor, board our boat for a cruise among the numerous limestone karst rising from the emerald water. Make a stop en route to visit a grotto of spectacular stalactites and stalagmites and anchor for a relaxing swim in a hidden cave. Meals will be served on the cruise. Overnight on the cruise.
Note: You are recommended to bring an overnight bag to keep your necessary luggage. We are afraid that there is not enough space to store all the luggage of every passenger on board. Moreover, after an overnight stay on board, you will turn back to the same hotel in Hanoi, so your remaining luggage will be sure to be kept safely.
Day 4
HALONG BAY –HANOI -- DA NANG (NIGHT STAY - DANANG)
After breakfast, enjoy your time swimming, sunbathing and relaxing in the fascinating background of the bay. After lunch on board – around 11.30am, transfer back to Hanoi. Our driver will pick you up to transfer to the airport to take flight to Da Nang city – the beautiful beach city of Vietnam.
Upon your arrival at the airport, our guide and driver will meet and transfer you to the hotel for check in. The balance of the day is at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5
DANANG–(BA NA HILLS -GOLDEN BRIDGE) (NIGHT STAY – DANANG)
Pick up at hotel in Da Nang. Transfer to Ba Na hills (35km) and take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour and Linh Ung Pagoda. Enjoy a walk across the famous Golden Bridge and admire the panoramic view over the area of mountain and lush trees. Have bufe lunch in BANA.
Return to Da Nang city along the Red Beach Bay. Stop at Central Specialties Super Market for Shopping. End the tour at your hotel.

Day 6
DANANG -HO CHI MINH CITY-CU CHI TUNNEL (NIGHT STAY – HO CHI MINH)
After breakfast, transfer to Da Nang airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh – the largest city of Vietnam.
Upon your arrival at the airport, our guide and driver will meet and transfer you to the hotel for check in.Check in time is 14h00. Lunch in the restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will transfer to Cu Chi Tunnels – the historic site where Vietnamese soldiers used as a shelter during wartime. This fantastic network stretches over 250 km and is the shelter of Vietnamese soldiers during the wars. The system was served as communication routes, storage facilities, hospitals and living areas for Vietnamese fighters throughout the war. Take your time to descend into the tunnels to discover the wonderful tunnels and the harsh conditions of Vietcong guerrillas. Back to the hotel. Dinner in the restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7
HO CHI MINH—MEKONG DELTA TOUR (NIGHT STAY - HO CHI MINH)
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will start the trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.
Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation.
Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip.
Day 8
HO CHI MINH –PHNOMPENH BY BUS (NIGHT STAY - PHNOMPENH)
On this day, you are free at your leisure until being picked up and transferred to the bus station for transfer to Phnompenh. The room is at your disposal until noon.
Upon arrival at Bavet/Moc Bai Int’s Border, clear your immigration procedure, greeting by our tour guide, after self-introduced, you’ll accompany to get on bus and drive directly to Phnom Penh (around 3-4hrs drives).
Have lunch and check in at hotel
05:00pm – 06:30pm: Enjoy sunset cruise along Chaktomuk River!
This tour is one hour and thirty minutes and will give you a great opportunity to explore the Mekong, Tonle Sap and Four Faces River, Diamond Island, Fishing Village, Stilted Houses, lifestyle of the people who live along the riverbank and the city sunset. Enjoy 1-2 drinks & local snacks viewing the sun go down.
Day 9
PHNOMPENH – SIEM REAP (NIGHT STAY –SIEM REAP)

At morning, visit Wat Phnom “Mountain Pagoda” is a Buddhist temple that symbolizes the name of Phnom Penh, located on the hill. According to legend, the first pagoda on this site was erected in 1372 to house four statues of Buddha deposited here by the waters of the Mekong River and discovered by Lady Penh. Wat Phnom is the most popular place for local people come to play healthy spot or praying for their good luck as well as admire the sundown. Follow by one of Phnom Penh’s most iconic landmarks, The Royal Palace (visit from outside only as still under renovation), is a complex of buildings which serves as the royal residence of the King of Cambodia. Continue to Phsar Thmey (Central Market), a large market constructed in 1937 in the shape of a dome with four arms branching out into vast hallways with countless stalls of goods. The four wings of this gigantic yellow dome are teeming with stalls that sell goods ranging from gold and silver, antique coins, money exchange, books, flowers, food, fabrics, shoes, souvenirs, seafood and countless other products.
Back to hotel for check out and go for lunch.
After lunch, transfer to Siem Reap by private bus & guide (314 KM/6 hrs drives). Check in at hotel
Evening, have buffet dinner with Apsara Dance Show at local restaurant.

Day 10
ANGKOR DISCOVERY (NIGHT STAY –SIEM REAP)

At early morning to avoid the crowd, we head out to visit Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples which has been left relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Its appeal lies in the fact that, unlike the other monuments of Angkor, it
was abandoned and swallowed by the jungle, looking very much the ways most of the Angkor temples appeared when European explorers first stumbled upon them, it was used as a location in the film Tomb Raider. Then head to see the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer empire, Angkor Thom, the Great Angkor City, established in the late twelfth century by King Jayavarman VII. We also visit the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King & Baphoun temple before continue to visit Angkor Wat, the most popular tourist attraction in Cambodia-it is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Angkor Wat, also known as the “City of Temples” a temple complex in Cambodia and one of the largest religious monuments in the world, on a site measuring 162.6 hectares. Originally constructed as a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Vishnu for the Khmer Empire, it was gradually transformed into a Buddhist temple towards the end of the 12th century. Seeing the architectural masterpiece of Angkor Wat. We stroll around this massive monument, exploring the many galleries with columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple. Back to hotel
