Refund Conditions

Full Refunds: Not applicable. Only if no ticket bookings (air/land) have been processed, refund will be calculated as per booking amount with a minimum deduction charge.

Partial Refunds: Hotel bookings are non-refundable. Air/train ticket refunds will follow supplier policy.

Refund in Voucher: No liquid refunds. Any refund will be adjusted as a credit towards future leisure trips.

Credit Vouchers: May be offered in some cases instead of refunds.

Other Factors

Force Majeure: Natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations may affect refunds.

Supplier Policies: Airline, hotel, and transport rules override agency policy.

No-Show: No-shows result in no refund.

Booking Changes: Changes to departure date/venue may attract minimum deduction of ₹5,000.

Additional Services

Any service out of package must be paid instantly on the spot. No credit will be offered.

Misconduct of Consumer

Any misconduct, delay, or miscommunication hampering group facilities allows the agency to take action against the concerned traveler.

Medical/Emergency Cancellations

Medical or emergency cancellations will still follow supplier cancellation rules.

Agency may, at its discretion, adjust a percentage of the paid value in another package.

Legal Notes

Any tour cancelled by consumer before 10 days due to personal/medical reasons will not make the agency a defaulter.

Cancellation claims must follow this policy; unethical claims may attract damages.

Unavoidable Events

If unavoidable circumstances (rail/flight/road circulars) occur during the tour requiring alternative arrangements, extra costs will be borne by the traveler.

Mandatory travel insurance will help consumers set claims, with full support from the agency, but no payment liability lies with Darshan Travels.
