90–119 Days	30% of Total Package Amount
60–89 Days	35% of Total Package Amount
45–59 Days	40% of Total Package Amount
30–44 Days	45% of Total Package Amount
15–29 Days	50% of Total Package Amount
1–14 Days	100% of Total Package Amount

Special Notes

• Air Tickets: Cancellation as per airline rules.
• Visa Fees: Strictly non-refundable.
• Visa Issues: Delays, rejections, or disturbances are at the discretion of consulates/embassies. Darshan Travels shall not be liable.

Refund Conditions

• Full Refunds: Not applicable. Only if no ticket bookings (air/land) have been processed, refund will be calculated with a minimum deduction charge.
• Partial Refunds: Hotel bookings are non-refundable. Air/train ticket refunds will follow supplier policy.
• Refund in Voucher: No liquid refunds. Refunds, if any, will be adjusted against future leisure trips.
• Credit Vouchers: May be issued in some cases instead of refunds.

Other Factors

• Force Majeure: Natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations may override normal cancellation rules.
• Supplier Policies: Airline, hotel, and transport rules apply.
• No-Show: No-shows result in no refund.
• Booking Changes: Changes to departure dates may incur cancellation penalties.

Additional Services

• Any service outside the package must be paid for instantly on the spot. No credit will be provided.

Misconduct of Consumer

• Misconduct, delay, or miscommunication impacting group facilities may result in the agency taking appropriate action against the concerned traveler.

Medical/Emergency Cancellations

• These remain subject to airline/hotel/supplier cancellation policies.
• At the agency’s discretion, a portion of the paid value may be adjusted toward another tour package.

Legal Notes

• Any tour cancelled by a consumer before 10 days of departure for personal/medical reasons does not make the agency a defaulter.
• Cancellation claims must follow this policy; unethical claims may attract damages.

Unavoidable Events

Mandatory travel insurance will assist in claims, but Darshan Travels will have no liability for extra costs beyond the package.on of services (transportation, accommodation, etc.)

If unavoidable situations (rail/flight/road circulars) arise during the tour, requiring alternative arrangements, additional costs will be borne by the traveler.
